Refund Policy

Avenir Light is a clean and stylish font favored by designers. It's easy on the eyes and a great go-to font for titles, paragraphs & more.

Returns:

All sales are final. Returns will only be accepted if both of the following conditions are satisfied: 

1) the return packaging is postmarked within 7 days of the receiving date on the initial package(s) you received from us; and 

2) the item(s) you received are returned to us in the original packaging and are unopened. 

All returns are subject to a 15% handling fee and a disposal fee. The disposal fee will vary based on the quantity and item(s) returned. No handling Fee will be added if Terp Topia is at mistake.

 

If your return is accepted, we will issue a refund of your purchase price, less handling and disposal fees.

We will not accept any return(s), nor will we refund any portion of the purchase price if the original packaging (packaging in which the item(s) arrived) has been opened, damaged, or altered in any way. 

To initiate the return process, send an email to info@terptopia.co.za advising of your return request and your order number in the subject line of the email. Please also include any tracking information for the return package in the body of the email.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We assume no responsibility or liability whatsoever for product returns while in transit from you to us.  All product returns must be shipped in full compliance with IATA, DOT 49CFR, and all other applicable regulations. We strongly recommend return shipments via a local hazmat shipping provider.

Refunds on CARTS & DISPOSABLE PODS

 

As with all mass-manufactured items, there is generally a 2% failure rate. This is also true when it comes to Vape Carts & Disposable pods

 

CARTS

Vape Carts Generally have a 1-2% failure rate. We will ship our an additional 1-2% on All FULL BOXES ONLY.  FOR THIS WARRANTY TO BE ACTIVE PLEASE CONTACT US AS WE HAVE SPECIFIC TERMS & CONDITIONS WE HAVE WITH THIS REFUND. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT REFUND CARTS IF IT IS NOT FULL BOXES 

 

 

 

Disposable Pods

Exchanges & Shipping:

All sales are final. If you receive a damaged or defective item from us, please notify us by sending an email to info@terptopia.co.za advising of your replacement request and include your order number in the subject line. In the body of the email, please provide: 

1) the number of damaged or defective item(s) received; 

2) a brief description of the condition in which the item(s) arrived; and

3) any tracking information for the return package to us. 

If possible, please attach a picture of the damaged or defective item(s) to the email.

If you are shipping an item over R1000 back to us, we strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance and shipment with tracking information. We assume no responsibility for items shipped to us in connection with a replacement and/or exchange request while in transit.
