Lemon bars are one of the easiest desserts to make and they’re guaranteed to be a favourite ! Now we can take this to the next step by creating our famous Cannabis infused Lemon Bars with Terp Topia terpenesThe soft lemon filling paired with a crisp shortbread crust and the flavour is beyond delicious; so bright and zingy with all the lemon flavour and an extra kick of terpenes, they’re simply irresistible!
Ingredients:
· 4 tbs. melted Cannabis-infused butter
· 2 Cups Tennis Biscuits ( Crumbs)
· 4 Eggs
· 1 ½ Cups white sugar
· ¼ Cup All purpose flour
· 1 Lemons
· 3 Drops Limonene
· 1/3 Confection Sugar
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 170° C.
2. In a medium bowl mix Tennis biscuit crumbs with melted canna-butter.
3. Press crumbly mixture in an ungreased pan 22x 32cm pan.
4. Bake for 15 to 20 minute in the preheated oven, or until firm and golden.
In another bowl, whisk together the 1 1/2 cup sugar, and 1/4 cup of flour. Whisk in the eggs and lemon juice & limonene. Pour over crust.
5. Bake for additional 20 minutes in pre-heated oven. The bars will firm as they cool.
6. Once lemon bars have cooled sprinkle the confectioners’ sugar on top of the bars and sprinkle zest on top. Cut and serve.
